The concierge does not guess. It works from the stay, asks the business that has what the guest needs, and books only once the guest says yes.

  1. The guest asks, in their own words

    By chat in the Guest app, with WhatsApp next. English, French, Arabic, or Darija mixed with French.

  2. The concierge checks with the right business

    It reads the stay the host has shared (dates, room, arrival) and checks real availability with the restaurant, driver or car rental. It never invents a price or a slot.

  3. Confirmed once, seen by everyone

    When the guest confirms, the booking lands in every workspace involved. Guest, riad and partner see the same thing, and a person can step in at any time.

The concierge is in development. Today, Nuzul Tables takes table bookings, and Host and Partners are open to invited teams.
