Hospitality in Morocco, connected.

Nuzul is building an AI concierge platform for Moroccan hospitality: one concierge for guests, and the tools that riads, hotels, restaurants, drivers and car rentals need to answer it. We are starting in Marrakech.

Why Morocco, and why Marrakech first

A stay here is made by many people at once. We want each of them to see the same request, in their own language, at the same time.

  1. A stay takes many hands

The riad, the driver at the airport, the restaurant down the street, the car rental for the trip south. Today they mostly coordinate by phone and messages.

  2. Guests speak many languages

Arabic, Darija, French, English and more. Nuzul is designed so the concierge answers each guest in theirs, and every business reads the request in its own.

  3. One city, done properly

Marrakech first, so we can meet every partner in person. We will add cities once the first one works well.

نُزُل

nuzul

In Arabic, the welcome and lodging prepared for a guest who has just arrived.

The name is the job

A nuzul is what a host gets ready before the guest walks in. That is what we want to help Moroccan hospitality do, for every guest and every business around the stay.

Build it with us.

We open Nuzul to teams one at a time. Tell us what you run, and we will reply by email.
